Offering five exclusive villas, each is unique in design, and all are perfectly positioned across 4,000 acres, ensuring absolute privacy.
Talented resident chefs prepare original cuisine featuring regional delicacies promoting the locavore philosophy. All ingredients are sourced from the property’s own gardens, farm and local growers and suppliers. Guests can choose from the “We Create, You Serve” choices offering absolute privacy and flexibility or enjoy the services of their very own private chef.
Superb wine matching is available, promoting the very best of what New Zealand has to offer.
While Annandale offers every luxury and comfort on the inside, it is what’s on the outside that really sets it apart. Experience the wonders of the surrounding countryside with farm tours (including watching the sheep dogs in action), mountain biking, and hiking.
The turquoise waters surrounding the property are perfect for water activities; guided kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing and fishing charters. Nature cruises take guests to see the famed Hector’s dolphins, the rarest and smallest dolphin in the world.
