The Stables offers a perfect blend of privacy and proximity for up to four guests.
Annandale is a private world set on the Banks Peninsula near Christchurch where rolling farmland, open skies and the sparkling waters of the Pacific greet you. Five distinct and luxurious villas are dotted across the 4,000-acre working coastal farm. Each one is perfectly positioned to ensure absolutely privacy.
The villas can be booked individually or together to suit your accommodation needs, with a number of configurations available. The other four villas are Scrubby Bay, Shepherds Cottage, The Homestead and Seascape.
Multi-villa properties can be hired individually or as a full property.

Just as the tide ebbs and flows, the seasons and colours of the 4,000-acre Annandale farm change throughout year, from luscious greens in spring to tussocky golds by autumn, and we encourage guests to explore and be as hands-on as they like:
The Annandale Highlights tour is a guided 4WD tour across the farm. Experience sheep dogs at work and enjoy the atmosphere of the shearing shed. If you’re lucky, you may even see the skilled shearers in action.
