Welcome to The Landing Residences
The Landing Residences are a group of spectacular private houses in the Bay of Islands, exclusively let as luxury accommodation. Guests of The Landing Residences have access to the entire site: a 1000-acre heritage, conservation and lifestyle property comprising six private beaches, a vineyard, walking tracks and more.
The Landing is located at the southwestern tip of the Purerua Peninsula in the Bay of Islands, about 30 minutes’ drive or boat trip from Kerikeri, or a 55-minute helicopter flight from Auckland.
This is a unique heritage and conservation property that has been developed to enhance and protect the archaeological registered sites, six private beaches, Kiwi habitat, native plants, and an award-winning vineyard, the largest in Northland.
Here you'll find a small group of beautifully appointed holiday houses: The two bedroom Boathouse, three bedroom Vineyard Villa, four bedroom Gabriel Residence and exquisite Cooper Residence which accommodates up to 12 guests.
Offering superb hospitality, exceptional dining experiences, award winning wine and a range of remarkable activities to choose from, The Landing Residences promise you privacy, total flexibility and the finest personal service.

By Air:
International arrivals: Auckland International Airport
Domestic airport: Kerikeri Airport
(Domestic flights from Auckland to Kerikeri airports take 50-minutes)
The Landing is a 55 minute helicopter flight from Auckland to The Landing Helipad. (No fly zone over property; no limits to flights landing).
By Road:
From Auckland airport - 4.5 hours
From Kerikeri airport - 40 minutes
From Kauri Cliffs - 45 minutes
By boat:
From Kerikeri - 30 minutes
From Russell / Paihia - 15-20 minutes
