The Drift Bay Lodge gardens supplement locally sourced produce and guests are encouraged to help themselves to the produce during their stay. We actively compost and use biochar, putting as much natural goodness back into the land, as possible.

If you can tear yourself away from the property, enjoy a tour of this special, quiet arm of the lake, by boat. Be collected from Drift Bay’s private jetty and explore our favourite spot, colloquially known as “Little Fiji”. Let our local hosts share the secrets of the region with you. And…if you’re into fishing, they will even share their favourite spots.
